Right now I to am battleing my own demons. It's kind of hard but so far I am keeping them at bay but it's getting harder to do so. I'm affriad if I slip I will enjoy it to much and things will go from bad to worse....so yeah that is what is going on with me....

Welcome to bottom of the bottle club :) I went 1.5 yrs sober. and for stupid reasons I started again. Living in Vegas doesnt make it any easier either. 24hr alcohol sales! CA has a 2am curfew. haha
So, im with ya on the azz kicking part. lol
Just remember the warning signs... thats my only advice. we test ourselves dont we..... I just wish I could be a social drinker like my friends....hahaha , One drink turns into too many :)

yea i just started smoking cigg's!! never smoked really accept when i was a teen a couple of times i think lots of us go through that to think we look cool, but i dunno guess i havent been looking cool enough....lol so i thought i'd have me a cigg....lol not much though here an there but i know it turns into more than that. really no reason for it i always said why smoke something when it dosent even give u a buzz!!!! but here i am

Ok woke up the next morning, didnt feel too bad in the gulliver, but felt really guilty about the damn drinking thing......so its going to be awhile and hopefully never that I do slip again.....it wasnt worth those 4 hrs of a buzz to start on that shit again, espically when youre a full blown alcoholic. I looked at my baby and thought theres no way Im putting him through the shit I put my other 2 through....so now Im trying to quit smoking cigs, LMFAO---taking Chantix a drug that is supossed to help with the cravings, again LMFAO, Im so damn stresed out that sorry that itsnt happening anytime soon....even with my COPD...hey we all gotta go someway. And believe me I need a fag to clam my nerves down or I kill someone, and dont feel like taking a room at the Ol Pent. So theres some more thoughts of the day otta my fucked up insane head.......

well i can say that ive been smoke free for about 2 years...(cigarettes) i quit cold turkey...OOOHHH scary scary.(well i take that back... i smoked a half of a Marlboro light when my Grandmother died.) it wasnt really that bad. i think it was the first 3 to 5 days that were the worst but after that the cravings chilled.honestly its been harder for me to stop smoking pot than it was cigarettes.and i too fell of the wagon yesterday.smoked a halfy with a buddy. but then again i dont think that id smoked if he hadn't offered.he made me take the roach,but when we stopped at the gas station i flushed it..

If only i had your will, mine is pretty weak right now.....Im way too damn depressed and stressed the fuck out, but those are just excuses I guess to keep smoking.....what can I say Its my only vice----before I had a shitload.....Congrats Strahd, I give you 3 cheers!!!!!
