That really sucks man. I too was in the hospital this weekend, they thought I had TB but fortunately it was just a bacteria and I'm recovering and almost as new again.
I hope your condition won't prevent you from keeping this place up and running, so you better get well soon ;)
And btw, several members of your Industrial community at Orkut have been requesting me to do a little change on the community's description and to moderate the access (some trolls with fake profiles were causing trouble but I took care of them), I explained to them that you're the only one who can do that. So, if it's ok with you, drop a line there whenever you have the time to see what they want and do a little change in the house.
